This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (the "User") and PandaTemplates, a provider of premium and free Blogger templates ("PandaTemplates"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our templates, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Grant
PandaTemplates grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our templates for your personal and/or commercial blogging purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The type and scope of the license depend on whether you are using our free or premium templates, as outlined below:
Free Templates:
- You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to use our free Blogger templates for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense, or remove the footer credits from our free templates.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue our free service at any time without notice.
Premium Templates:
- Upon payment of the applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our premium Blogger templates for personal and commercial purposes during the subscription period.
- You may not share, resell, or distribute our premium templates to third parties.
- We reserve the right to change the terms and pricing of our premium service with notice to subscribers.
Support and Updates
- PandaTemplates may provide support and updates for premium templates as specified in the template's documentation or license agreement.
- PandaTemplates is not obligated to provide support or updates for free templates.
Ownership
- PandaTemplates retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the templates, including all intellectual property rights.
- You may not claim any ownership, copyright, or trademark rights in the templates.
Warranty and Liability
- Our templates are provided "as is" without any warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the templates.
Termination
- We reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your license if you breach any of its terms and conditions.
- Upon termination, you must cease using and remove all copies of PandaTemplates templates from your website or other platforms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the templates and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
By downloading, installing, or using our templates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use our templates.
